Fire and salt have been of great importance to mankind since time immemorial. Fire provides warmth and brings people together, salt is the source of life and was considered white gold for many centuries. In the BEEF CLUB, the interplay of these two elements can be experienced directly: in an ambience of selected materials, such as burnt clay bricks, steel from the blast furnace and surfaces refined with salt, a framework is created for an incomparable culinary experience in a special atmosphere.
